Bopinc – Nigeria Country Director
Bopinc is a game-changing social enterprise on a mission to empower low-income consumers as producers, entrepreneurs, and consumers through inclusive value chains. Their approach involves co-building innovative route-to-market strategies that prioritize delivering the best products where they matter the most.
We were tasked with finding Bopinc a dynamic Nigeria Country Director.
After a rigorous search resulting in forty-eight (48) headhunted candidates and eleven (11) external applications, Bopinc selected their new Nigeria Country Representative from a shortlist of seven (7) competitive individuals. The diverse group included four (4) females and three (3) males, all of whom possessed the core skills and experience required for the role.
The appointed candidate, Mercy Mayaki, stood out from the rest with her bold and confident approach and extensive knowledge and experience in the Agribusiness industry. As a high-functioning individual, she is committed to achieving excellence in everything she does and making meaningful, lasting contributions to society.
