Vaneshree leads client engagement and delivery across active searches, working closely with Dela and client stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Her role includes managing search processes, coordinating interviews, maintaining momentum with candidates and clients, and ensuring high standards of communication and follow-through. She plays a central role in translating role strategy into execution and maintaining trusted client relationships.

Heidi is responsible for the operational backbone of NGO Recruit Partners, ensuring that searches run smoothly behind the scenes.

Her role includes coordinating search logistics, managing documentation and timelines, supporting candidate preparation, and maintaining systems, templates, and delivery processes. She works closely with the engagement and advisory team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all assignments.

Irene leads the operational delivery of NGO Recruit Partners, ensuring our systems, processes and client experience are delivered consistently and to the highest standard. She works closely with the team to strengthen internal operations, improve workflows, capture organisational knowledge and best practice, and support the successful delivery of every executive search assignment. Her focus is on strengthening the firm’s operational efficiency, scalability and consistency, ensuring the business continues to deliver an exceptional standard of service.
