NGO Recruit is delighted to be working with Masinyusane, in collaboration with the Binding Constraints Lab, in their search for a seasoned Special Projects Manager.
Masinyusane is committed to transforming the lives of underprivileged children and communities by pioneering impactful, innovative educational initiatives. Focused on building a new generation of leaders, they are laying the groundwork for a brighter, self-sustaining future for South Africa.

They implement interventions that leverage structured pedagogy and Teaching at the Right Level approaches and engage children in learning through play. The organization is now focused on expanding their reach, to provide many more children with the education foundation that they deserve.
As Special Projects Manager, you’ll step into a vital leadership role at Masinyusane, guiding a transformative early grade literacy programme in the Eastern Cape. You’ll be at the helm of planning, building, implementing, and monitoring this large-scale initiative, coordinating a coalition of organizations and impacting hundreds of schools and youth in public employment programmes.
We seek an agile and dynamic leader, passionate about scaling high-impact education programmes. A skilled communicator able to engage a diverse range of stakeholders with a proven track record of community engagement.
