The SAB Foundation is an independent Trust that invests millions of rands yearly towards entrepreneurial development in South Africa. The Foundation is mandated to provide support to black entrepreneurs and support for social innovation. Its primary objective is to contribute to the economic and social empowerment of historically disadvantaged persons by providing funding for small, medium, and micro-sized enterprises.

The Programme Specialist is responsible for supporting the Programme Manager in implementing, broadening, and deepening the SABF entrepreneurship and social innovation programmes. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, open-minded, and flexible individual who is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and social change. You are a resilient problem-solver with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of high performance.
