The Graça Machel Trust is implementing Women Creating Wealth – Intergenerational Edition (WCW-l). Through this 3-year project, in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, the Trust will reach 3,500 women across Kenya, Senegal, Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, and South Africa, and create work opportunities for thousands of young Africans. In addition, this will support the creation of a more enabling environment for women-entrepreneurs to thrive.
To fulfil the above mandate, the Trust is seeking five (5) highly motivated and experienced Project Managers to lead the planning and implementation of the WCW-I project in Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal, Zambia & Malawi. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for coordinating all project activities, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of donors and other stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you’ll need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to drive results. In addition, you’ll have a good grasp on project management and the ability to spot opportunities for impact. The Trust is looking for adaptable, decisive individuals whose values and ethics align with that of the organization.
