The Graça Machel Trust is implementing Women Creating Wealth – Intergenerational Edition (WCW-l). Through this 3-year project, in partnership the Mastercard Foundation, the Trust will reach 3,500 women across Kenya, Senegal, Malawi, Zambia, Tanzania, and South Africa, and create work opportunities for thousands of young Africans. In addition, this will support the creation of a more enabling environment for women-entrepreneurs to thrive.
The Graça Machel Trust is seeking an experienced Project Lead who will provide overall leadership and general technical direction for the WCW-l project, ensuring that all components are integrated and focused on achieving the desired results.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks related to project implementation and suggesting appropriate project adjustments. With your strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills, you will coordinate all project activities to ensure timely completion within budget and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Your wealth of experience will enable you to spot opportunities for impact and provide an integrated vision to achieve project results.
