Samuel Hall is a respected social enterprise specializing in migration and displacement research. Known for its rigorous approach informing policies, it fosters inclusive societies by connecting communities with changemakers. Collaborating globally, it addresses crucial migration barriers in today’s world of conflicts, instability, and socioeconomic disparities.
In this role, the Director of People and Culture will oversee global HR functions and lead the HR team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a pivotal member of the leadership team, the incumbent will shape HR strategy and manage all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate is an experienced strategic HR leader with multinational experience. You’re dedicated to global impact and passionate about empowering marginalized communities and fostering inclusive societies. Samuel Hall, recognized by Stanford University’s Seed Transformation Program, is committed to scaling and sustaining social impact in the Global South.
Initially, this role will be part-time and located in The Hague, Netherlands, with travel to the Nairobi office once a quarter or twice a year.
