The Female Academic Leadership Fellowship Fund (FALF) is seeking an experienced and influential Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive our mission of developing a strong pipeline of African and Coloured women in academia.
Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic leadership to ensure strong governance, financial stability, and impactful donor engagement. They will drive partnerships with universities, funders, and key stakeholders while championing FALF’s long-term vision and organizational growth.
As CEO, you will be the face of the organization; building strategic partnerships, leading fundraising efforts, and shaping the future of academic leadership in South Africa and beyond. We’re looking for a leader with gravitas, a deep understanding of the philanthropic sector, and the ability to engage with local and global funders to expand our impact.
If you’re ready to lead a transformative movement and champion the next generation of female academic leaders, we want to hear from you.
