Having lived and worked in Germany, England, Ghana, South Africa, and the Netherlands, Dela brings a global perspective to her work. Her experience navigating diverse cultural and professional landscapes enhances her ability to support organizations in sourcing talent worldwide.
A parent of two, Dela balances her professional commitments with an active lifestyle, enjoying running, Pilates, and CrossFit. She holds an LLB and a Master’s Degree in Law and Political Justice from Birkbeck, University of London, and is based between Cape Town and The Hague.

With 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Vaneshree brings deep expertise in client engagement, strategic hiring, and customer experience. Now fully immersed in the development space, she is passionate about matching professionals with roles where they can grow and drive lasting change. Her knowledge spans all 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Based in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, Vaneshree loves being surrounded by family and friends. The warm Durban weather has kept her firmly rooted on the east coast, where she enjoys a balance of professional fulfillment and personal connection. When time permits, she finds joy in curling up with a good book or experimenting with new recipes, especially when there’s a sweet treat involved!

Before transitioning into recruitment, Ireti worked as a lecturer, inspiring students in the social sciences. Prior to that, she built a strong foundation in banking, where strategic relationship management and client engagement were key. Now, in her role at NGO Recruit, she is driven by a passion for transformative impact, helping organizations build strong impactful teams.
What she enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to engage with people from around the world, gaining insights into different cultures and backgrounds. She values continuous learning beyond her academic background, broadening her perspective through meaningful interactions.
Outside of work, Ireti is a wife and proud mother of three. She enjoys spending time in nature and following sports, particularly soccer and tennis.
Ireti holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of South Africa, where she also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and an Honours Degree in Development Studies. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
Heidi is an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in corporate recruitment. At NGO Recruit, she plays a key role in connecting high-performing candidates to impactful positions aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—ranging from zero hunger and quality education to partnerships for the global goals. A natural relationship builder, Heidi is committed to delivering a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys walking on the beach, cuddling with her fur baby, and of course, driving the speed limit. A proud mother of two, she balances her professional and personal life with warmth and dedication.
