Vaneshree leads client engagement and delivery across active searches, working closely with Dela and client stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Her role includes managing search processes, coordinating interviews, maintaining momentum with candidates and clients, and ensuring high standards of communication and follow-through. She plays a central role in translating role strategy into execution and maintaining trusted client relationships.

Heidi is responsible for the operational backbone of NGO Recruit Partners, ensuring that searches run smoothly behind the scenes.

Her role includes coordinating search logistics, managing documentation and timelines, supporting candidate preparation, and maintaining systems, templates, and delivery processes. She works closely with the engagement and advisory team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all assignments.

This role provides senior research and market intelligence support across leadership searches and advisory engagements.

The Senior Research & Advisory Consultant is responsible for market mapping, candidate research, and early-stage analysis that informs role design and search strategy. The role contributes insight into talent availability, seniority benchmarks, geographic considerations, and sector dynamics, helping clients and the internal team understand what the market can realistically deliver.

This position is integral to the firm’s advisory approach, supporting both pre-search calibration and ongoing search refinement.
