NGO Recruit has partnered with The Learning Trust (TLT) in their search for a new Executive Director.
The Learning Trust is developing South Africa’s extended learning sector through the provision of funding and capacity support to After School programmes that work to improve educational outcomes of young people living in poverty and exclusion.
Since its establishment in 2010, TLT has backed the growth of more than 200 emerging community-based organisations. To strengthen the sector, TLT has brought together a coalition of partners to coordinate various collaborative projects aimed at collectively tackling educational deficits.
As the incoming Executive Director, you will spearhead the formulation and execution of TLT’s strategic goals, while supervising operational achievements for two core aspects of the organisation: Programs and Special Projects.
TLT seeks a servant-leader who will be able to engage and grow relationships at all levels.
