The Director of Finance and Administration will provide overall leadership on financial management, administration and operations for a growing, complex regional organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working within Anglophone and Francophone West Africa and is excited about being a part of advancing justice, equity and inclusion in West Africa. You’re skilled at anticipating and supporting the infrastructure and systems needs within a growing, complex, regional, multi-country civil society organization with a distributed team.

Le/la Directeur(trice) des Finances et de l’Administration assurera la direction générale de la gestion financière, de l’administration et des opérations d’une organisation régionale complexe et en pleine croissance. Le candidat idéal possède une vaste expérience de travail en Afrique de l’Ouest anglophone et francophone et est ravi de faire partie de l’avancement de la justice, de l’équité et de l’inclusion en Afrique de l’Ouest. Vous êtes doué pour anticiper et soutenir les besoins en infrastructure et en systèmes au sein d’une organisation de la société civile en pleine croissance, complexe, régionale et multinationale avec une équipe distribuée.
