We recently partnered with Samuel Hall and are delighted to be supporting them once again in the search for an experienced researcher and team leader to head their Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Pillar.
Samuel Hall is a social enterprise specialising in research, program evaluation and policy design within contexts of migration and displacement. Their approach is characterized by ethical standards, academic rigor and informed by firsthand experience in complex and fragile settings. They aim to bridge community voices with changemakers to foster more inclusive societies through research.
The MEAL Pillar lead will oversee and assume leadership for research projects across the organisation, through oversight and leading the generation of evidence-based insights, drive programmatic effectiveness and ensure utmost impact in addressing key societal issues. S/he will also be expected to contribute to business development and represent Samuel Hall on key pillar themes.
We’re looking for an agile project manager capable of building stakeholder relationships and delivering in a fast-paced and demanding environment; someone passionate about ongoing policy interventions on displacement and migration.
