Clean Air Fund is a global philanthropic organization that brings together governments, campaigners, , funders, and businesses to create a world where everyone breathes clean air. With over 7 million premature deaths annually caused by air pollution, surpassing the combined toll of malaria, tuberculosis, and HIV/AIDS, the poorest communities in congested areas are disproportionately affected, particularly infants, children, and the elderly. However, cleaning our air offers a solution to some of society’s most pressing challenges, ranging from public health and climate change to children’s development and sustainable economic growth, providing an opportunity to create a better future for all.
