NGO Recruit Partners has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Head of Africa Fundraising on behalf of Ripple Effect. This senior leadership role will drive fundraising efforts across Africa, overseeing a network of Programme Funding Managers and expanding sustainable income streams.
As part of Ripple Effect’s Africa Senior Management Team, you will develop and implement a global fundraising strategy, working closely with colleagues in the UK and USA. Your focus will be on securing philanthropic and institutional funding, managing key donor relationships, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in high-level fundraising, a strategic mindset, and a talent for building partnerships across sectors and regions. You will be instrumental in strengthening Ripple Effect’s financial sustainability and advancing its mission to transform lives through sustainable agriculture and community development.
