The Clothing Bank is an NGO whose projects have been changing lives for the last eight years. The Clothing Bank’s vision is to inspire, skill and support unemployed and marginalised mothers to eradicate poverty in their lives. The women they serve gain experience running their own micro enterprise, as well as extensive skills training and experience working in their facilities.

The Clothing Bank (Cape Town) has partnered with NGO Recruit Africa to assist in the search for an Enterprise Development (ED) Manager.
The ED Manger will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and managing all activities relating to the development, wellbeing and sustainability of the organisation and its beneficiaries through training, coaching and mentorship.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar or related environment with particular skills in entrepreneurial development and business administration. The candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion and dedication to the cause, embrace the entrepreneurial spirit of The Clothing Bank, demonstrate personal EQ, and be open to cultivating networks and partnerships.
