AGGPSA is committed to building resilient, thriving entrepreneurship ecosystems across South Africa. Through bold and strategic grant-making, we aim to shift the odds in favour of entrepreneurs, helping them grow sustainably, succeed at scale, and drive job creation.
This pivotal leadership role sits within the Incubation & Programmes Unit, the engine behind both innovative new initiatives and the strengthening of proven programmes. As Grant-Making Lead, you’ll shape catalytic investments in social and economic development, working at the intersection of strategy, execution, and impact.
We’re looking for a dynamic, analytical professional with a strong background in philanthropic grant-making. You’ll need to bring:
- Deep experience in grant design, management, and administration
- A strategic mindset and strong systems thinking
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A genuine passion for social and economic development
