Community Keepers is a non-profit organisation committed to fostering a culture of wellbeing in schools serving low-income communities. We bring essential services directly into the school environment through our C.A.R.E. model, offering counseling, therapy, life skills programs, professional development for educators, and parenting workshops. By recruiting Care Facilitators from local communities, we ensure accessible, tailored support for both students and caregivers, creating a school-wide approach that empowers everyone to thrive despite the challenges of poverty, trauma, and loss.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the organisation’s growth strategy; driving impactful fundraising and resource mobilization efforts. We’re looking for an independent, entrepreneurial professional with a strategic mindset and strong financial acumen.
