The RAITH Foundation is a privately-funded non-profit organisation that supports projects aimed at addressing the systematic and structural causes of inequality prevalent in South Africa.
Guided by strong values, The RAITH Foundation tackles issues of equity, access to resources for marginalized peoples and improved governance (especially at local level). Employing a grassroots approach, The RAITH Foundation seeks to support civil society in its efforts to make effective and sustainable contributions to the achievement of social justice.
The RAITH Foundation has partnered with NGO Recruit Africa to assist in the search for a Strategy Director.
The Strategy Director will ensure that The RAITH Foundation’s strategy is designed, implemented and constantly improved according to the Foundation’s objectives.
Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the Foundation’s grant-making, the successful candidate will be passionate and experienced in the social justice sector or in related areas.
