- Send us your CV (mid-senior level) specifying your area of interest (i.e. health, education, gender equality, economic/social empowerment, climate change, etc.) for general consideration or to apply for a specific role
- A consultant will peruse your CV and be in touch with you to discuss suitable roles and your expectations
- If applying for a specific role, a meeting is scheduled with you to get to know you better and to ensure expectations align
- We will arrange an interview with your prospective employer on your behalf
- We will request feedback for you and also hear your views after the interview
- If successful, we will assist you in negotiating your package
- Once an offer is made , we will help with the transition and maintain regular contact to ensure you are settling in well in your new role
