  • If applying for a specific role, a meeting is scheduled with you to get to know you better and to ensure expectations align
  • We will arrange an interview with your prospective employer on your behalf
  • We will request feedback for you and also hear your views after the interview
  • If successful, we will assist you in negotiating your package
  • Once an offer is made , we will help with the transition and maintain regular contact to ensure you are settling in well in your new role
